about
Silverbacks cap off their year in style with the release of incendiary new single Just For A Better View on their own PK Miami Records.
Following on from this summer’s Sink The Fat Moon EP, the band are in fine fettle, taking a more direct but no less effective approach to their off-kilter indie rock. Vocalist Daniel O’Kelly’s lyrics have lost none of their acerbic wit, with the song taking a look at gentrification, classism and the importance of telling man’s best friend how you really feel. A strong step forward from a band who are only warming up.

Why do I love this record? it has a haunting sound with a destination. The vocals are very sweet and the riffs hook you in . The songs have a great momentem they begin at once place then end some other place and don't go in a circle . if that makes sense? jimmyfuc
